QR code on business card: yes/no/how?

hi,

i am pondering the idea of adding a QR code to my next business card, so to simplify the creation of a vcard for the receiver.

Also, I'd like to have it "dynamic" so that I could change information here and there if needed, without changing business cards.

How do you do it? is there any resource that allows you to create a dynamic QR code for free?
