Would you be weirded out if someone asked you if you were an Ethel Cain fan?

I'm currently obsessed with 'Perverts' despite being lowkey too scared to listen at first. Problem is, I don't have a single person to talk to about it.

Earlier today, I was getting some paperwork taken care of at a charity I work with and had a brief chat with one of the volunteers. I don't know what it was, but they had strong 'ethel cain appreciator' vibes. I almost asked them if they ever heard of her, but decided not to.

To be fair, I just didn't want to take up too much of their time, but I wondered why I felt weird about asking. Would any of y'all be weirded out if someone asked if you liked Ethel?
