How is the localisation of the Remake Series in your language?

I have played Video Games and watched movies and TV Shows purely in English probably for half my life now even tho my first language is German so I never really looked into the German localisation of the Remake Series until now. My sister got me into Final Fantasy when I was little kid in the first place so I thought maybe I'll return the favor by gifting her FF7 Remake for her upcomming birthday. So I looked into the German localisation and Voice Acting to see how she will experience the game and........ I was horrified in how bad it is.

I know the games in english are still often times quite different from the original Japanese but atleast they have a bunch of charm and in jokes that are actually really funny, the german one very often just falls over jokes I laughed at in english. My biggest example is the Aerith line "Question! Does that mean I am a dumbass?" in german she says (freely translated from my memory) "Hey! I believed it.", another one was in Remake where she climbes that ladder and cusses when it breaks in English, in German she just says "oh no!"

But imo the worst offenders are some of the chosen Voice Actors that just really do not fit the roles they are portraying.

another fun one I saw when I was looking through playthroughs was the VA for Betty, you know the little girl you have to help by finding her cats and finding music for her in Remake?

There are also a bunch of other things that are very questionable. Like Clouds "job" as Merc gets translated into "Alleskönner" which can be roughly tranlated as an "Jack of all trades" even tho they could've just used the german word for mercenary lmao. (maybe its his "job" title in the og japanese?) Another terrible thing in my opinion is that Sephiroth gets pronounced as "Sefiros" which sound just... wrong.

How is the localisation in your language? I think the game is only voiced in Japanese, English, German and French but I would also like to hear from ppl whos language gets used in the Menu and the subtitles.
