FF7 REBIRTH PC GRAPHICS ISSUES

I have a rtx 4070 and am able to run the game at 120 fps ultra settings easily. But the game looks very grainy and weirdly pixelated especially in open areas, it is very noticeable. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated, i dont know much about pcs but any help on which settings to tweak would be helpful!
