playing as the killer makes me wanna put my head through a wall

Why is it when I'm playing as a survivor, my entire fucking team is the most uncoordinated group of people on the planet but as soon as I'm the killer everyone starts sweating their asses off and actually play the game normally and start helping each other. It's every fucking server I join everyone's just dogshit until it's my turn then they turn into seal team 6
