CSL dd not showing up in software

I’ve recently built my first pc and this is my first time dealing with Fanatec software My Csl dd is not showing up in fanalabs or the Fanatec control panel Want to ask people on here first and then I’ll ask Fanatec if no one can figure it out because I’ve heard and experienced there customer service wait times
