Which celebrities are/were enablers for other celebs?

Considering the scale of abuse that some celebrities did (like HW), who are the other celebs who weren't necessarily canceled themselves but clearly knew what was going on and either didn't care, or encouraged it. I'm not talking about celebs who were canceled themselves for taking part in the abuse, I'm talking about "clean" celebs who play innocent when asked about their peer's actions.
