Gamesir G7 SE Thumbstick Grips

Does anyone else believe that the Gamesir G7 SE Thumbsticks loose their grip and become slippery?

I constantly clean them and clean my hands while I play so it’s not a cleanliness issue. I just think with long use they seem to of become slippery and wondering if anyone has bought some replacement grips?

I use a Kontrol Freek on the right thumbstick so it’s only the left one I have issues with.
