My HRV status is confusing me
I've been training more in the past few months, but I've had my Garmij for a while so I pretty much know how my training load is affecting my HRV, sleep, etc. However, in the past, whenever I overtrain my HRV has always gone DOWN. The past few days it's been going up, which I thought was good (it's usually around mid 40s), but today I see it's unbalanced and way UP. Which is confusing me a hellla lot. I've been recovering from a heavy training session from Saturday.
