43x shoots left. Can I adjust sights?

I bought this 43x for ccw to use instead of the 19. I bought it brand new with ameriglo night sights. I have about 500 rounds through it. It has always shot left. About 3 inches left from 7 yards. I thought forever that it was me pulling it and I’d have to get used to it. But it definitely is the gun, no doubt about it. Yesterday at the range I even pulled a bench up and used a sand bag to rest my hand and arm on. Still shoots left. I brought my other 43x that has factory Glock sights and it shoots spot on. I have never messed with sights on glocks, but I assume they are adjustable somewhat? Is that what I need to do? None of my other glocks I have had this issue. It’s only this one that came with ameriglo sights already installed
