Can I write about planned outreach events in a personal statement?

Hello everyone! I am currently applying for the NSF GRFP, specifically working on the “Broader Impacts” section of my personal statement. This semester at my school, I have a lot of events planned that aim to increase participation in undergraduate research and give workshops about proposal writing etc. Can I talk about these events in my broader impacts even though they haven’t happened yet? Most of them are planned after the due date for the fellowship app, so I’m not sure if this will be frowned upon or not. Besides this my outreach section is moderate/light, so it would be nice to include these if possible
