PS5 - Can't crossplay

This is an ongoing issue, Shared World's and crossplay don't seem to work anymore on ps5 for me. Tried every solution I've looked up. Most posts say dev issue, but are dated April.

Keep getting "Grounded could not be linked to a Microsoft Account at this time."

Sea of thieves works fine, so I have no clue what the issue is, and no guides on a workaround or how to resolve it.
