H‑E‑B App won’t take my payment information

Anybody else having this issue with the H‑E‑B app?

This has been an issue for months with tons of back and forth between me and the customer service team, and nobody knows how to fix it.

Basically I go in to add my payment info on the app, and it always says a generic “error” message after I press submit, and I can’t add my card.

I tried multiple different cards, I tried my boyfriends card, my moms card, made a new account and tried, and I tried it on my computer instead of the app. It NEVER lets me add in any payment method.

Any advice?
