Question for the HAM guys

I am interested in the baofeng bf-f8hp radio on Amazon. Id like to know if I program it to communicate with my generic kids walkie talkies is that a violation? I go camping a lot and would love to be able to talk with the cheaper radios back at camp when I go out trail riding. Thx in advance.
