Any experience with Imperial Insurance Companies?

Does anyone have health insurance from https://imperialhealthplan.com/ ? What was your experience? Are you going to continue having it for 2025?

I am considering it for 2025 (in NV), but cannot find any reviews of it (only a bunch of Star Wars references). Thank you!
