*SPOILERS* Can we talk about Via?

I absolutely love how the background in her song showed just how much of a daddy’s girl she is!

This poor kid. She’s grown up with parents that are constantly fighting or cold towards each other. She knows they aren’t happy, but all she’s known are the royalty rules and her parents actions, for her this is completely normal. Then, from her perspective, Blitz shows up and her dad starts acting different from what she’s always known. She develops a fear that he’s going to abandon her for Blitz.

Stolas assures her that’s not going to happen, but then the events of Mastermind happen. Considering we don’t see her witness the start of the broadcast when Stolas leaves to save Blitz, I think it’s safe to say she doesn’t know the full story of WHY Stolas went to save Blitz. She doesn’t understand why Stolas did what he did because everything, in that moment, was happening so fast.

All she knows in Sinsmas is that her dad chose to save his boyfriend, which meant giving up his life as a royal. For her, that means giving up his life with her. Add that to whatever her mothers telling her, finding her dads depression medication, and the one person that would always be there to comfort her isn’t able to anymore; it’s no wonder her insecurities are running wild.

Right now she’s feeling so hurt and angry. I hope that some point in season three she can listen to Stolas and actually hear him out! And if she won’t listen to him, then maybe Loona could talk to her again!
