How good is herta?

Hii, im a returning player who was able to snag a sunday. My first team is acheron E1 S1 with no jiaqiou, i will pull for jiaqiou for my acheron team and will try to make her E2.
Now my 2nd team was jingliu and im looking to change it now, my options r either herta or aglaea. I dont hv any of the premium herta erudition supports.. but i do have a sunday and huo huo.

So i was wondering how good will she be(E0 S0), im for her to do decent in moc, pure fiction.. and apocalyptic shadow
