The Definitive Timeline of Recent Events in Jarilo-VI with DATES

There's so much misinformation and assumptions being spread around that I want to compile all the known, proven information we have from text in-game so that everybody can be on the same page with regards to the facts that the game has presented. Do note that I absolutely think the writers messed up in multiple places, but not in the places where people are making huge assumptions.

The majority of our known dates comes from Natasha's resume during the Belobog Museum Event. We get the following years:

In 6█3 AF, graduated from Belobog College of Medicine and entered the Belobog Charice Hospital as a resident.

In 6█4 AF, joined Belobog Scientific Expeditionary Team as a team physician.

In 6█5 AF, entered the Silvermane Guard Field Hospital as a member of the emergency medical team in the Logistics Department.

In 6█6 AF, after completing the required residency, returned to Belobog Underworld and opened an orphanage in Rivet Town.

In 6█4 AF, opened a clinic in Boulder Town in the Belobog Underworld and assisted Wildfire in maintaining stability and providing medical care.

Of these years, one of them can be confirmed: the last item is dated 694, which corresponds with the evacuation of Rivet Town where Natasha's clinic is mentioned by name (see Notice: Additional Barricades on the Main Road of the Plaza and Notice Under Bridge).

This means that we can confirm another year on this list: the second item is dated 684, which is the same year that Pela's mother passed away - and Pela was born (see Hiring Guides: Natasha). This is also confirmed to be 16 years ago, which means that the current year in Jarilo-VI is 700.

With that information, let's take a look at Serval and Gepard's resumes:

Serval

6█3 AF — Graduated with a PhD in Geomarrow Energy Engineering from the Engineering Department in the Belobog Cadet School.

6█4 AF — Started work at the Silvermane Guards Technology Division.

6█8 AF — Reached significant breakthrough as lead researcher on a specific project. Left the Technology Division at the same year, and started running the Neverwinter Workshop and performing as a rock'n'roll singer till now.

Not knowing the middle number is not a big problem since we can go off the current year (700) for analysis. The only possible dates for the last item are 698 and 688, and 698 is simply too recent to be a compelling option, going against most of what characters have to say about Serval. Thus her dates are all from 683 to 688, and she's about the same age as Natasha who presumably graduated medical school the same year.

Gepard

In 6█5 AF, graduated from School of Social Science in the Belobog Cadet School, and obtained a bachelor's degree in Modern Military Science. In the same year, began serving the Silvermane Guards.

In 6█7 AF, obtained major merit in the military campaign in the north. Began serving as the Silvermane Guard Captain in the same year until now.

Same analysis as for Serval's resume - 695 is too recent, thus 685 is the most likely date for Gepard finishing undergrad and beginning his military service, and places him at roughly 4-8 years younger than Serval.

Thus we can conclude that Serval has been dismissed from the Guards for at least 12 years, in which case it is impossible for her, Dunn, and Pela to have been in a band while she was associated with the Guards. There's ways to make that work, but I'll save more of the theory for the comments section - I want the post to be focused on provable, set-in-stone dates for people to work with.
