Game speed?

Is there an option to slow the game speed/player movement down to any degree? I’ve been enjoying Hoop Land but I miss HLT’s slower strategic gameplay style. I understand that HLT is turn based so Hoopland is always going to feel fast in comparison but I was wondering if there’s any options to help emulate the more tactical or methodical feel of the gameplay.
