Reading! Pls help me!

Hi guys! I’ll be very much happy if you guys give me a genuine tips or tricks on reading! I have been giving mock tests since 2mons already & still can’t manage time, it takes me more than an hour to finish my mock test on reading. My score is also not so good, highest I got is 6.5 till now. So i’ll be really grateful if you guys give me a little time to advice! Thankyou🙏🏻
