Electrify America enrollment code already used, fighting for weeks, any help?

Bought a new Ioniq 5 three weeks ago, during delivery the salesperson went to set up my free charging and got the “enrollment code has already been used issue”. We continued with delivery (which was a mistake, should’ve refused the car) and a case was opened with Electrify America.

I’ve called EA, the dealership, and Hyundai corporate every day since then and I can’t get anyone to resolve it. EA support has “escalated” it to another team but that team doesn’t take phone calls and has no way of contacting them. The dealership has no other EA contact other than the main line offshore EA support, and Hyundai corporate says it’s not their problem.

Any help or steps that you guys have taken to resolve this? Any better way to contact EA other than their offshore support who are useless? What does EA need to prove I own the car and not someone who just stole the code and how can I get EA to do that?

UPDATE: case is resolved and I have my free charging. Email their support instead of calling (see comment).
