Can anyone share details about the guy who raggged[NIT SURAT] case

Hi guys, NIT Jamshedpur graduate here currently working in bengaluru. I have reached to this sub after I found the inhumane video of that poor chap being beaten by some senior.

My relatives are seasoned lawyer at the honble Supreme Court of India.We will decide on whether or not to file the PIL after carefully observing everything.
