Good Deal on 2024 Telluride EX AWD?

I'm looking at a new 2024 telluride EX AWD with a few options. MSRP is $47,235 they are offering 42,400 out the door + tax&title. How does this compare to deals you all have seen lately on the left over 2024s? Thank you for any advice!
