Hospitals are not built on the outskirts. The new city dump does not belong on the vacant lot downtown. You don’t have one mega fire station for the whole city. ICHs/transitional housing shouldn’t be built away from useful amenities, in one of the most densely populated areas with kids, families, seniors that rely on their property values for retirement, green space with natural wildlife, a main artery with cars zipping by doing 80 and with businesses and restaurants. Find a better location, not the first one available.
