Maintenance/Servce disaster in Palm Beach County

I love my Air Pure. Amazing engineering, very fun to drive. I've had it a year. I've had the "frunk latch" issue since day one - but I never got it fixed. I recently got a front light warning, so I set up service via the app. Got an appointment set. Bought car in West Palm, so went for service in Riviera Beach at appointment time only to be told it was a remote appointment, and that she "had called me and told that. It's in my notes right here". That was a blatant lie. I am told that Anthony will be in touch for a home appointment. I drive away frustrated.

I never heard from Anthony, but I see in the app that I have an appointment set for "1.16@18:00". So 6 pm on Thursday Jan 16th is how I read that. We wait. No one shows up.

Next day I call service. The woman that normally handles scheduling (the fibber) is not available, but I talk to a nice guy who wants to help. He assures me he'll get back to me that day with an update. That was a week ago. Nothing.

What a shame really. I'm coming off a lease in 6 months. Love the car. Bought it because I live in the Palm Beach area and I thought service would be good. It's a high end product. But the service is a joke. And the woman in Riviera Beach is a service disaster.

UPDATE HERE - They had my cell phone wrong which was the problem. Since correcting that the service has been outstanding. Local loaner dropoff and pickup with excellent communication on updates and ETA.
