Performance drop under 20% battery

I know it has been asked before but I'm having major performance issues when my legion go hits 20% battery or lower. I have ready through Reddit and can't seem to find a fix. Every single time my go reaches 20% or lower battery, regardless of being plugged in or not basically every game become unplayable due to bad fps drops. I have tweeked power management setting (changed to high performance and everything in-between), I have changed the charging setting in the bios and even tweeked the advance power mode settings. Battery saver is also off. Anyone else having this issue? Any fixes or suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated
