LPT Request: lock your Facebook profile when you're not in a country that has the option

Just as the title says. In addition to the standard privacy features, certain countries have the option to "lock down" your Facebook profile, people cant blow up profile picture, etc.

Right now it's limited to India, Pakistan, Burma, and other countries. However, I have seen people in the US, Canada and Australia with it, so there must be a workaround. Privacy is important to me.
