Shooters Formation

I’m struggling to find the best shooter formation. I have stats of 1k+ with t12 yet I lose against lower stats opponents in tournaments.

I know in turf attacks you need your higher troops (i guess) but I’m struggling in tournaments.

I’d appreciate any advice Thanks
