This is my everyday makeup—any suggestions?

I am trying to grow out my brows— and I feel like I look manly when I fill them in. They somehow have had the hardest time recovering properly after radiation on my eyes (not for cancer). I like the dark eye look, but I don’t put any eyeshadow or any products on my eyelids bc I feel like my natural lid color serves as a nice shade and backdrop for a smoked thin liner or just tight lining by itself as well. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to improve my look. For reference I’m 31F.
