This is how to free yourself from negative thinking consistently. I want to share some really good news - you don't have to fear your thoughts. I used to obsess about my thinking and as a result I would be constantly thinking of horrible things and then scared that I was thinking about what I didn't want. This is one of the errors most of the Law of Attraction books make - that is they are all about judging and separating thoughts into good and bad. They get you to resist more and go into negative thinking. So I stopped listening and threw out all their books after I learned this new approach from Michael James.
So the key is to embrace all thoughts. I know it sounds strange but the secret is loving all thoughts. Now my arms are open wide to all thoughts - I lovingly open my arms and say Bring it on! - I literally do this and say this as my morning ritual. What's interesting is the thoughts I don't want don't come near me any more, even though I would welcome them if they did. When I used to try to avoid or distract from negative thoughts they would fly at me all day long like a swarm of wasps! People think that if they do what's good about on negative thoughts they will attract them but the opposite is true. When you love you attract love, simple as that. Because I love all thoughts, only loving thoughts are interested in coming to me. It's so simple and it's Law. I love it!
