I’m so cooked

I have a hardcore bedrock world that I'm pretty attached to. I recently entered an ocean monument but I lagged and am now stuck in the bottom with about 1 second of water breathing a golden apple and a regen potion with some wood and a efficiency 4 diamond pickaxe. The golden apples and regen potion are in my inventory along with some wood and other crap. What should I do to get out
