Installed "Actions and Stuff" from the marketplace, loaded a new world for testing and saw this:

Context: I was exploring the world and found a village looted it then I caught something in my eye, a floating Nautilus shell in the water, I dove in to check. I heard some drown noises realizing it was a drown holding the shell. I don't know what may have cause the issue but I best bet is from my other textures I have installed that may have caused issues to the pack.
