Scammed by Featherland

I got scammed and ghosted by featherland. I bought a Montcla jacket directly from him on the 24th. He promised to ship out the next day after he received the money. The money was sent and processed on the 24th. He was suppose to ship my order on the 25th like how we both agreed upon before I sent the money. Ever since then, he has not sent me any tracking number or any proof of my order being shipped out. I asked him everyday since the 25th and I have yet to receive the tracking number or any proof that my order actually got shipped. I needed this jacket shipped as soon as possible to avoid CNY delay. Even in his website’s policy it says tracking number will be provided within “48 hours”. He keeps claiming that he shipped my order out but refuses to provide any proof whatsoever. I don’t understand why he would tell me he would ship my order next day if he wasn’t actually gonna do it.. His customer service is really rude/terrible and he only talks to you only when you want to buy something. I’ve been ignored by him for 5 days in a row now. I’ve messaged him everyday and he has yet to given me a response or even just a simple tracking number or update. I have no idea at all if he shipped my order out. It’s been nearly 2 weeks. At this point I don’t want the jacket AT ALL. I want my money back and I’m making this post to warn buyers to not buy from him. I’ve just found out that I am one of many victims that have fallen for his scam. He doesn’t provide buyers any tracking/updates at all. Customer service is terrible. He will always be responsive when you want to buy something but he will ghost you after you send him the money. Featherland/KOG needs to be blacklisted.
