Christmas was hard

I guess I need some motivation. I have so much weight left to lose and I don't need to slow down now. For the most part I haven't done too badly this week. I haven't lost weight but I haven't gained. I've been slightly derailed by sugar in the house. I have tasted a few sweets but kept it at just a taste. I'm still eating at a deficit. But it seems like any sugar AT ALL slows me down. I've continued exercise and activity as well. It's just super frustrating that if I veer even slightly from my tried and true weekly foods that my weight loss stops.
