What do I do?

Please don't tell me to "stay strong" or "we'll get through it" or "it's unlikely anything will happen" or whatever. I know, I just want some sense of security so that I don't have to worry about losing access at a moment's notice.

I just got my blockers, so I have 4 months where I'm okay, but I have no backup plan. If I'm not able to get it for whatever reason, that's it, I have nothing else. What should I do? I asked if they could deliver it early going forward so we have it several months in advance, but they said I can't. So I don't know what to do. Should I order spiro online or something just in case? I just want some backup plan in case there's some kind of ban, but I don't know what to do.

I have some estrogen saved up, but I can't do that with blockers since it's a 4 month injection.
