How do y’all deal with the low blood pressure

So I started taking spiro about a month ago now. And it’s finally starting to kick in with its downsides. Including lowering my blood pressure down to the 90-100/70-80 ranges

I’m talking to my doctor in less than a week thankfully but like…guhhhhhh.

How do y’all deal with this?
