HRT?

So I’ve got my first appointment with an endocrinologist next month and i want to go in knowing the basics about hrt because autism.

Anyway the things im looking to find out are some pros and cons of each delivery method, average dosages (i want to be sure my doctor doesn’t try to lie to me), and any personal anecdotes.
