Can I tattoo myself in the hospital?

I will have to stay in a hospital for a couple of days. Do you think it will be okay if I tattoo myself while there? I want to use the time when I still don’t feel my legs to give myself a stick’n’poke.

Edit: I’m aware of the process of tattooing as I’ve done that for a few years when I was younger.
