Reporting Deadline Extension

I don’t know what to do. I cannot finish my marking and do my report cards by the marking deadline in 48h. It’s my fault. I have very poor time management and I know I need to improve but I don’t know what to do now. Everything from the last month got piled up after multiple illnesses and family emergencies. The only way to get it all done is to stay up for 48h straight, spend only 10 minutes on each assignment, don’t eat or sleep. I have roughly 220 assignments left and then report cards. What do I do? What do I say to admin? Has anyone ever been in this position?
