Trying crossfit as a complete beginner?
Lately, I have been diagnosed with depression and walking has helped me deal with not spiraling. Nababawasan pagiisip ko and it gives me clarity. Sa paglalakad ko di ko namamalayan yung oras and bigla naka20k steps na pala ko.
I would like to take this further and try adding workouts. Para din mapagod ako paguwi after work and not have idle time to think about not so good things. I’m not as sedentary naman since I do commute to and from work and yun nga recently added walking to my routine.
I’ve always been interested in crossfit than a regular gym and gusto ko itry kahit one session lang muna to test it out. I don’t plan on losing any weight, just want to be more active and healthier mentally and physically.
My question is, is it recommended for a complete beginner with zero workouts to jump so quickly into crossfit? As in walang exercise, puro lakad lang. Or would it be too much for me? I am also 35F if age is something to consider.
Was also contemplating pilates pero mahal kasi per session.
