Can Someone legally buy a Youtube Channel?

have a faceless YouTube channel with 77,000 subscribers that I’m no longer posting on. I’ve been thinking about selling it but am unsure if this aligns with YouTube’s policies. Has anyone here ever sold a YouTube channel? If so, what was the process like, and were there any consequences? Channel is monetized with an average income of $5000.

P.S: This income is totaled not monthly.
