I urge those who care about the UWF community, women's rights, or education in general to read the above article. This university's leadership changes closely resemble what occurred at New College a couple of years ago, a situation many people consider a "hostile takeover." Many students, especially women, are very concerned about what this might mean for our community. If this worries you, too, I ask you to consider reaching out to your Florida Senator via phone and email to request they do not approve these trustee appointments. Thank you!
