Worth paying for TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite?

I've had the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite for the last year, and now the fee rebate period is ending. Is it worth continuing, given the $139 annual fee? My main card is the Tangerine Mastercard (si.ply because i bank with them), and I also have a Home Trust Visa which i use for foreign transactions. I have a Wise card as a back-up, but tend not to use it much.
