Little ladies need little calories.. and little water?

To be clear, I’m not taking into consideration contextual factors such as working out etc.. I’m referring to the average petite woman VS average man. So by default, our smaller bodies require smaller energy (and therefore calories) to function.

It’s often said that an adult needs 2000 calories and 2 litres of water I believe? I’m wondering how much water you are drinking daily? and why?

Couple years ago I could go days without a - cup of water - I was never thirsty and didn’t prioritise it. My habits have now changed and I average 1-1.5 litres daily, always shooting for 2 litres but find it difficult (I also hate the constant running to the toilet).
