Is this enough to lose weight?
17F, 134 lbs, approx. 5’1/5’2 i wear a size medium/small and im a waist 30”, and im just wondering if doing this will be enough for me to lose weight in the long run, and if so how long would it take
i have a big ish stomach and im wondering if this will help me have a flat one
i walk twice everyday, 45 minutes flat + downhill, and about 50 minutes uphill and a little bit flat
i dont eat breakfast because eating in the mornings makes me feel sick
i drink a 30oz bottle of water or more a day
i have lunch, two snacks (like crisps and something else), fruit and dinner
ive been told by google this is enough to lose weight but ive already been doing it, except i used to have junk food fairly often. would cutting that out actually make me lose weight? (i am also aware that counting calories at my age is unhealthy, so i dont do that)
