Do you guys use the rubbers nibs?

I never have. Never bought them before but new pipe I ordered came with some so I tried it and I just dont like it. Too swishy, feels like the pipe could slip right out if I clench too hard.

I have a good 13 ipes now and I always like the solid clench feel of the plasticy stems.
