Plants dying and turning yellow?

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Every plant I buy eventually turns yellow and dies. Water parameters are normal. I use fertilizer and I have enough light. The tank is only stuck with snails and is the correct temperature. 72 Fahrenheit, I believe. Would love some advice as I’m getting incredibly disheartened by all my plants dying.
