ARRT Renewal Question: CE Credits not completed by end of Biennium but by end of birth month. Issues?

Hey guys,

I complete forgot that the CE credits have to be completed BEFORE your birth month, not by the END of your birth month.

Has anyone ever had issues of not completing your credits before your birth month?

Can I just finish all my credits before the end of the month, submit, and all will be fine? Or am I at risk of losing my license?
