Application status changed to waitlist

hi! i’m trying to join the raya app and about 3 weeks ago i sent in my application. i already have 2 referrals and i’m gonna try to get more. when i went to check on my status, the app changed and said that my application decision is here, i then clicked to view the decision and it said that i’m now on a waitlist.

is this a good thing? or is this them rejecting me? or is this just the same thing as before
