So long story shortened for sanity's sake.

Have had the s21U since launch. Live this phone. Swapped in new battery last month and everything was fine. However since OneUI 6.1 update fingerprint scanner doesn't work (as in flagged not working). I've tried all suggestions in the forums including system cache wipe.

Question: is there a way to clear data and cache for it?
